What is JimdoPro?

JimdoPro is the "professional version" of Jimdo and offers you, in addition to the features that are included in the JimdoFree package, some neat extras - for just 6 USD/ 5 Euros per month.

 

You get your own www address (e.g. www.username.com), ten times more storage space and your own e-mail account. Furthermore, your inexpensive JimdoPro-Page is ad-free and includes very detailed statistics!

JimdoPro contract duration

 

After you upgrade from JimdoFree to JimdoPro, you’ll have your JimdoPro account for one year. If you'd like to cancel it, just write us an email up until one month before the expiration of your year of service. Otherwise, we'll assume that you wish to renew your JimdoPro contract for another year.

 

JimdoPro costs, including all features, only 5 Euros (or $5) per month (no hidden costs!). The amount is paid for one year in advance.

How do I upgrade to JimdoPro?

 

In order to upgrade from JimdoFree to JimdoPro, just log into your Jimdo-Page and then click on "Settings" on the right side. Here you can order your JimdoPro-Page.

 

I already own a registered domain. Can I use it for JimdoPro?

 

Sure, you can use an existing domain for JimdoPro. For example, there are three different possibilities to redirect your existing domain to Jimdo. Or you can move your domain completely to Jimdo. You can read about the options in detail in our Jimdo Help section to learn exactly how it works.

 

How many E-Mail accounts are included in the JimdoPro package?

 

Each JimdoPro user gets one E-Mail account with the JimdoPro package. However, if you want more E-Mail accounts, we can set them up for you for an additional charge. Please check the Jimdo Help section for further information.
